Jana Zeeb, Principal

 Jana brings more than 25 years of experience leading technology implementations and process re-engineering projects for corporate tax departments. She specializes in Vertex and SAP, including both ECC and S/4HANA, and has led tax implementations for Fortune 10 companies. Jana guides clients through the full project lifecycle, from requirements to go-live and beyond, with a focus on making new systems work for the people who use them. She is a certified Vertex O Series expert implementer and holds a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Washington. 

James Zeeb, Principal
James has more than eight years of tax technology experience, specializing in the technical side of Vertex and SAP integration across ECC and S/4HANA. A former tax manager in a Big Four Tax Technology practice, he has led tax implementations for Fortune 10 companies and understands how tax rules translate into system configuration. James is a certified Vertex O Series expert implementer and holds a BSBA in Accounting with a minor in ERP Systems from the University of Arkansas.
